Harpy Eagle sometimes known as the American Harpy Eagle. (Up to 39 inches 100 cm) is the largest and most powerful raptor found in the Americas, and among the largest extant species of eagles in the world.
> They make their nest high off the ground, about 150 feet up, and the female Harpy Eagle birds only lays a couple of eggs. They breed every other year, and they keep their young with them for about 12 months.
